Quantum Scholars are delighted to be working with a lovely secondary school based in Berkshire, who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join their team on a maternity cover contract. This is a temporary role starting in January 2026, expected to continue for two academic terms.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Experience teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4

• A commitment to inspiring students and fostering a love of learning

• Availability to start in January 2026

• Must have the Right to Work in the UK

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Science lessons that motivate and challenge students

• Assess, track, and support student progress

• Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development

• Participate in wider school life and enrichment activities
