Salary: M1-M6 depending on skills and experience (£32,916 - £45,352 per annum for September starters)
We are seeking a compassionate, creative and committed SEN Teacher to join our team and help deliver a truly personalised learning experience for young people. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about holistic, multi-sensory teaching who wants to make a meaningful difference every day.
As an SEN Teacher specialising in Maths and Science, you will work with learners aged 7-19 in small group and 1:1 settings, delivering an engaging and flexible curriculum across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
You will work closely with Lead Teachers to create innovative, multi-sensory learning experiences tailored to each learner's individual needs, interests and aspirations.
The role focuses on building confidence, increasing engagement and supporting learners to progress academically, socially and emotionally, while ensuring their wellbeing, safety and inclusion remain central to all practice.
