Curriculum Development and Instruction

• Develop and deliver an engaging science curriculum that meets national standards

• Plan and create lesson plans tailored to students' various learning needs and abilities

• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to make science both accessible and exciting

• Foster a classroom environment where students feel encouraged to participate and collaborate

Assessment and Student Progress

• Regularly assess student performance through formative and summative assessments

• Provide constructive feedback and implement strategies to help students improve

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of students' academic progress

Differentiation and Individualised Instruction

• Tailor teaching to address the different abilities and learning styles within the classroom

• Provide additional support or challenges where necessary to ensure the success of every student

Parent and Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and important school events

• Participate in parent-teacher conferences to discuss students' development and address concerns

Professional Development

• Stay informed on the latest trends in science education and teaching methods

• Take part in professional development programs to continually improve teaching skills

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
