Manchester based ‘Good’ Secondary School are seeking to appoint a Science teacher to join their dynamic team in the new academic year. This position is perfect for a Science teacher who holds a passion for raising attainment in every aspect of the Science curriculum across KS3 and GCSE.

Our client school seek to appoint a Science teacher to join their excellent Science department ahead of the new academic year. The successful Science teacher will display these beliefs throughout their planning and delivering of diverse lessons for students of all abilities.  This position is initially on a temporary basis, with the chance of becoming a permanent post.

Science teachers wishing to be considered for this position will be expected to meet the following requirements;

  • Experience teaching Science in Key Stages Three and GCSE, with students of all abilities
  • A Full Enhanced DBS and suitable teaching references from previous posts
  • A desire to raise the attainment of all pupils and follow the beliefs of the school.

Our client school are ideally looking to appoint a Science teacher who holds a previous record of delivering ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ practice, newly qualified Science teachers are also welcome to apply. This mixed, multi-cultural comprehensive school is located to the south of Manchester, and is accessible by all transport links from the city centre.
