SEN teaching assistants needed to work in a South Stockport Secondary School. This large traditional secondary school has over 2000 students and are looking to bolster their SEN team with a couple of additional learning support assistants for the summer term and into September.

This school has a requirement for learning support assistants (LSAs) to work with their students who have moderate learning difficulties in the areas of autism, ADHD, SEMH and Dyslexia. There are positions on both a part time and full time basis, initially on a temporary basis but with the opportunity to earn a school based contract after an initial period.

Situated in the SK9 post code of Stockport this is an excellent opportunity for anyone with previous experience in a secondary school, health care, social care or youth work capacity. To be eligible for this post you will need to have previous employment/academic references and be eligible for a fully enhanced BDS certificate. A highly rewarding job role, LSAs have the opportunity to work with select students on a small group and 1:1 basis and really help improve their school experience and academic achievements.
