Teaching Personnel

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the FY4 area of Blackpool following the October half-term break.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to delivering engaging lessons and helping young learners achieve their full potential within a supportive and inclusive school environment.

As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
• Assessing, monitoring and recording pupil progress.
• Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all learners.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues.
• Contributing to the wider life of the school and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
• Is passionate about inspiring young learners and raising attainment.
• Has strong communication and organisational skills.
• Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to the school community.
