At TP Tutors, we are committed to helping students achieve their full potential through personalised 1:1 learning support. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated 1:1 Tutors to support students across the Sutton Coldfield area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by providing tailored academic guidance outside the classroom.

As a 1:1 Tutor, you will work directly with students to deliver lessons designed to meet their individual learning needs. You will help students build confidence, strengthen subject understanding, and support them in reaching their academic goals.

Location:
Tutoring may take place in person at learners' homes, schools, or local libraries in Sutton Coldfield, depending on the learner's needs.

• Deliver engaging 1:1 tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs

• Support students with Maths, English, or Science (GCSE level)

• Identify areas for improvement and create personalised lesson plans

• Encourage confidence, motivation, and effective study habits

• Provide feedback on student progress when required

• Minimum 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience in the UK

• Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, or Science

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one

• A genuine passion for helping students succeed
