Salary: Paid to Scale for Long Term / £135-£150 per day
Hours: Typical School Day (08:30 – 15:30)

We’re looking for qualified teachers who thrive in dynamic environments and are ready to take on day-to-day supply work across Crawley and nearby areas. Each day brings new students, new schools, and fresh opportunities to inspire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons across primary and secondary year groups
• Foster positive, inclusive classroom environments
• Adapt confidently to different schools, subjects, and age ranges
• Support students with their learning and behaviour
• Collaborate with school staff and follow school policies

What We’re Looking For:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience in primary, secondary, or both – versatility is highly valued
• Strong classroom management and a calm, professional approach
• Adaptability and confidence in new settings
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons independently
