Science Supply Teacher Needed – Maidstone

Contract: Temporary

Salary: £130 - £150 Per day (Dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality science lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
• Adapt to different classroom environments and student needs
• Manage behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
• Follow lesson plans or create your own when needed
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with staff to ensure continuity and support

Qualifications & Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge in science (KS3/KS4)
• Previous teaching experience preferred, but enthusiastic ECTs welcome
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
