Supply Desk is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher for one of our partner schools in the Buckingham area.   • Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons aligned with curriculum requirements and learning objectives.

  • Create practical and theoretical learning experiences that develop scientific knowledge and enquiry skills.

  • Use a range of teaching strategies to meet the needs of learners with differing abilities and learning styles.

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, as appropriate to the role.

  • Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and safe practical work in the classroom and laboratory.

  • Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students to achieve strong outcomes.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant experience teaching Science at the appropriate key stages.

  • Strong subject knowledge with the ability to teach across one or more Science disciplines.

  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

  • A commitment to inclusive teaching and raising student achievement.

  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive, reflective approach to teaching and learning.
