The Role and the Ideal Candidate:

  • A degree in a Science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) – a teaching qualification is preferred
  • Experience in delivering Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
  • A creative and adaptable teaching style, with a commitment to inclusive practice and differentiated learning
  • A confident classroom presence with excellent behaviour management skills
  • Able to plan and deliver stimulating lessons that blend theoretical knowledge with practical experimentation
  • A team player with strong communication skills and a passion for student progress and achievement
