A forward-thinking, high-performing secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Physics Teacher to join its established Science department for an immediate start. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality Physics teaching across KS3 and KS4, with the potential to teach A-Level Physics for a suitably experienced teacher. The school places a strong emphasis on academic excellence, student wellbeing, and professional development.

  • Deliver engaging, high-impact Physics lessons aligned with the National Curriculum

  • Plan, assess, and track progress to ensure strong student outcomes

  • Implement adaptive teaching strategies to support SEN, EAL, and higher-attaining students

  • Provide targeted intervention to support GCSE exam preparation and attainment

  • Contribute to enrichment activities including STEM clubs, educational visits, and competitions

  • Holds QTS with experience teaching Physics at secondary level

  • Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for science education
