About the Role:

As a Maths Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and challenge students across a range of year groups, helping them to develop a love for learning and achieve their full potential. You will teach engaging and innovative lessons while fostering a positive and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS3 and KS4).
• Encourage student participation and create a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to ensure improvement.
• Work closely with colleagues to enhance the teaching and learning experience.
• Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and school events.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student development.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 is desirable, but not essential.
