KS1 Teacher

We are seeking a Key Stage 1 (KS1) Class Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in the Grantham area for a temporary assignment. • Role: KS1 Class Teacher
• Location: Grantham and surrounding areas
• Contract Type: Temporary (1 term initially)
• Start Date: Febuary 2025

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons tailored to meet the needs of KS1 students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies to support individual learning needs.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and events.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) within the UK.
• Experience teaching in KS1, with a focus on Year 2 being advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
