Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time (Term Time Only)
Pay: £13.75 (negotiable depending on experience)

A warm and inclusive Primary School in Skelmersdale (WN8) is seeking to appoint a committed and nurturing Early Years Educator to join their team from January 2026. This full-time, fixed-term position, with the potential of it becoming permanent. It provides an excellent opportunity to support young children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a highly supportive environment.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education, supporting the development of children aged 3 -5 in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Working closely with room leaders and other practitioners, you will help create a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment that encourages exploration, communication, and personal growth.
This role is perfect for someone with proven experience in the early years sector, with a level 3 or above qualification in Early Years/ Childcare, who is confident in using observation and assessment to plan effectively for children's individual needs.
